I was delighted to find this shop has authentic fish balls made from fresh fish, this is rare to find these days. The owner of the shop informed me that since their shop is next to a market they only serve fresh food and nothing needs to be kept for a long time. Not only that’s their soup base is using fish bones so it’s also really tasty. The beef brisket was another surprise, had a perfect balance of fat and lean meat so it’s juicy and tender.
