Visited this Chinese resto in Tin Hau with my family for brunch after swimming with my sis..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Century Egg & Pork CongeeThe congee contained a generous amount of century egg and pork, giving it a flavourful taste. Its texture was quite smooth. -Sticky Rice Rolls in Chiuchow StyleNot sure about the flavour as I didn't try it, but my dad commented it was okay. -Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean SauceThe chicken feet were easy to bite into. The black bean sauce added savoury touch. -Steamed Brown Sugar Sponge Cake The sponge cake had a soft texture, and the level of sweetness was just right. -Pan-fried Turnip CakeThe turnip cake tasted quite standard and was not particularly memorable. -Pan-fried Eggplant in Japanese-style The eggplant absorbed the sauce well, making it succulent. The dace fish paste on top added complexity to its texture. -Steamed Pork Dumplings with Crab RoeThe pork dumpling was large and mouthful, but there wasn't much crab roe on top. -Steamed Rice Rolls with ShrimpThe shrimp was fresh and tasty. The skin of the rice rolls was slightly thick though. -Steamed Beef BallsThe beef balls were tender and juicy, esp with the Worcestershire sauce. .The resto offered a discounted set for breakfast, making it a more budget friendly option for those who wanna yum cha in the morning.
