很怀以前的街边档,热闹嘅!款款美食,都系甘好味!甘地道!所以,时时去!但俱住矣….今日帮趁,真系难食到一个点!非常失望!煎虾米肠粉,虾米都冇一粒,肠粉煎到好硬身,绝对唔系煎脆底!冇味冇道。生菜鱼肉,生菜就系啲菜头菜尾,细细片,鱼肉不弹牙,好硬,好似一旧面粉,预制咗好耐咁!食到火起,所以冇影相,要加一,点都唔值米芝莲!以后不再来! 继续阅读

This eatery used to be a small stall on a side alley in Wanchai. Many years ago, when I finished work and walked to Causeway Bay, I would see a long queue lining up for their sticky rice, especially during the cold days. A Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2016, when coming back to Wanchai on errands today, I took the opportunity to visit Keung Kee.Having now moved into a retail space, the décor has been modernized, with the space clean and tidy, having a no-frill HK café style ambience, with the tables separated by plastic partitions in the middle, reminding us of the social distancing during the tough times of COVID. As we came in late afternoon, it was relatively quiet.We ordered the signature Sticky Rice with Preserved Sausage and Duck Liver Dried Sausage 鸳鸯肠杂锦腊味糯米饭 ($68), with additional shiitake mushroom 冬菇 ($14). The sticky rice is fragrant from the oils of the sausages, and together with soy sauce, there is a nice savoury balance. The sausages are of good quality, with spring onion and shiitake mushroom further adds to the aromas. Very nice.My wife has Imitated Shark’s Fin Soup with Fish Paste and Lettuce 生菜鱼肉碗仔翅 ($36). The soup is a bit too thick, essentially gluey, but the flavours are good, having the familiarity of the old days.We also has assorted snacks to share, including Fish Ball 鱼蛋 ($12), Pork Rind 猪皮 ($14), Shao Mai 烧卖 ($12), and Seitan 面根 ($13). These are not bad, but nothing special.Together with a bottle of Coke ($14), the total bill is $183. Quite expensive considering these are supposed to be traditional street food. 强记由2016 年《米芝莲指南香港澳门》新增街头小食指南𠮶年起,年年都入榜~深得食客欢心呢间小店由当年桥底嘅摊仔起家做到依家入埋舖,环境系舒服咗好多(起码夏天有冷气先啦!够做!)最出色一定系个腊味糯米饭~粒粒分明油润有弹性,膶肠个肝味同酒味都劲浓郁,香气迫人~另外仲有煎虾米肠粉(一定要加蛋),煎得香脆分明,拌埋豉油、麻酱、甜酱、辣酱同埋白芝麻,简单就是美味佢哋嘅粥底入面有好多嘅腐竹~米香中带点点嘅豆香,加入烧鸭更惹味 继续阅读

一直都知道呢间店,系附近办事经过终于嚟打卡了🤤双拼腊肠饭不愧系招牌必点🔥猪肝腊肠带住浓郁嘅内脏香却冇腥味,咬落去会渗出油脂香💥猪肉腊肠就系经典嘅广式甜香,肥瘦比例完美,咬落去弹牙又唔腻😋。两种腊肠叠喺油亮嘅米饭上,真系碳水爱好者嘅脑内高潮啊!!煎粉肠以为系平平无奇嘅小食,肠粉被煎到外皮微脆,豉油咸甜适中,唔会盖过肠粉本身嘅香又啱好提鲜,每啖都食到镬气夹住酱香,真系好惹味🤩🍧绿豆沙都好好饮,口感非常醇厚入喉丝滑,好正 继续阅读
