Haven’t tried seafood in Lau Fau Shan and never on my preferred list for seafood. Just randomly decided to have seafood on a public holiday, randomly picked Lau Fau Shan to have a try and randomly picked a seafood restaurant for lunch.This restaurant is surprisingly good, good and friendly services, good quality seafood and cooking. Quality is comparable to Lei Yue Mun, Sai Kung and Lamma Island. 第五道，冰镇鲍鱼，惊喜之作，一D都唔韧，加埋个酱汁仲好野味。
第六道，酥炸生蚝，就咁食又得，包生菜亦得，唔同风味。第七道，蛏子，通常食开都系豉椒炒，喱个做法又有另一番风味。第八道，小炒王，相当足料，好多象拔蚌，饮啤酒之选。第九道，海鲜炒饭，越简单既菜越难做，炒得粒粒分明，但实在太饱了,，要打包。第十道，寿包，完美落幕
