去完菲腊牙科医院做初步检查，搜寻素食餐厅，咁就行落嚟食饭啦拣咗单人客饭：素肉豆腐扒时菜，仲加咗芝麻糊谂住今朝一早起身食咗轻盈早餐，好肚饿应该可以食得落。结果都系前快后慢慢叹，先至处理完成个小菜好大份，豆腐多、冬菇足料，配了马蹄、甘笋，仲有白菜打底，真系份量不得了整体来说是一般，值得称赞系少盐少油，似乎无味精。冬菇已经处理好入味，爽口鲜甜。特别喜欢马蹄，令口感提升起来。豆腐轻处理也不油腻。白菜好新鲜。青红萝卜汤，味道啱啱好挺著肚都吃完个芝麻糊，太甜，有啲未溶嘅块状，芝麻味香浓。可是第一口太甜感受已经唔好啫。适逢12点前进来，见到老友记排队取免费派饭，好幸福🥰…查看更多

这间传统斋铺在西环有两间分店，坐低先开壶普洱，打开餐牌有点心、炒粉面饭、汤面、粥和客饭各式各样。见隔离台会叫招牌斋卤味食，我就拣左客饭餐，估唔到份量劲大，想食埋甜品黑芝麻糊都未必食得落。西营盘站B1出口转个弯就到，门口有大大个斋字好容易认。名面有各种斋点，也有外卖饭餐，吃饭的时候都见几多人帮衬㗎。座位唔算非常多，两张大圆台加一些卡位。店内也有卖一些素调味料和即食面。好old-school要洗餐具。餐牌有好多版，可以散叫也有各种套餐。小炒和粉面饭也好多选择。一个人也可以叫客饭套餐。先饮个例汤，劲足料好味。红烧豆腐饭餐 HK$66上桌吓一跳的大份量，下面有大量白菜垫底，豆腐和冬菇也有很多，胃口几好都会够饱，小鸟胃女生大概要两至三个会先可以食完一个。味道方面都唔错，口感亦无太油腻，这个价钱来说很是超值。…查看更多

This is a little local restaurant is located in Sai Ying Pun, close by exit B3. They have a broad selection of both vegan and vegetarian Chinese dishes, for takeaway as well as in-house dining.
