呢间牛腩店真系越做越差,今次经验差到爆炸,唔写出嚟对唔住自己。我叫咗「爽腩饭」,点知送上嚟系一碟几乎冇肉嘅嘢,全部都系肥膏同筋,完全唔似爽腩。**所谓「爽腩」应该系牛胸腹部位,带适量油脂、筋腱、肉质结实、有弹性,咬落去爽口但唔鞋,唔系一堆冇肉得筋膏嘅嘢。我向店员反映,点知佢哋态度极差,完全唔愿听,仲用凶我哋:「就系得呢啲,你唔食就唔好无㗎啦」、「你咁讲系侮辱我哋识牛腩嘅专业」。呢啲说话真系令人无言,完全冇半点服务态度,仲当客人系仇人。直到我话:「我有之前几次帮衬你哋影低嘅相,要唔要攞出嚟对比下?」佢哋先开始收声。其实早几次嚟已经发现佢哋服务唔掂,有次侍应直接「啪」一声将碟掟落枱,好冇礼貌,但当时觉得可能系忙冇计,冇认真计较。点知今次连食物都咁离谱,服务仲系咁差,证明唔系偶然,系态度问题。**以前觉得呢间舖有水准,所以先再嚟,但今次真系被彻底打沉。食物唔掂,态度更差,完全唔值得再帮衬。唔会再嚟This shop has seriously gone downhill — my experience was absolutely terrible.I ordered the a type of brisket (爽腩) and what they served was almost entirely fat and tendon with no actual meat. Let’s be clear: 爽腩 is supposed to be a cut from the brisket that’s firm yet tender, with a balance of meat, fat, and tendon. It should be chewy but still satisfying — not just a pile of fat and sinew with zero meatI politely told the staff that what they served didn’t look like proper brisket. Instead of listening, they snapped back in Cantonese saying: This is what we have. If you don’t want it, don’t eat.” You’re insulting our knowledge of brisket.”Their tone was straight-up rude and confrontational no apology, no explanation, just attitude.It was only when I mentioned that I had photos from my previous visits (which clearly showed better quality brisket) and asked if they wanted to compare, that they finally stfu, To be honest, this wasn’t even the first bad experience.
