认真说,面、汤底、𩠌的食材、环境、套餐(包饮料),卖$25,我也不会再次光顾,但当然不是卖这个价钱。面和汤的味道和质感,比即冲杯面高0.2-0.5级。𩠌料无特别,正常解冻后烹调的食材,家庭主妇的水准,最好味只有罐可乐。坐的位置很委屈,比钱受难,算是很难忘,商家无良,但因为媒体品牌渲染,评价差,大家也来一试。唯一安慰,员工认真服侍,但冇啖好食,又坐得唔舒服,咁辛苦,为乜?香港人努力工作,工作态度认真,败在无良商家手上,伏!查看更多

Been a while since I’ve stepped into Ichiran. Used to be a quintessential post-drinking spot for me and the boys.a few whiskeys in your belly, the only logical thing to have next is a bowl of boney, thick, scrumptious Ichiran. Reminds me of the days we used to nap in Ichrian after our drunk lkf episodesTaste just as good, noodles just as al dente like I like it.But is it just me or the portion at Ichrian has dwindled quite a bit? Literally finished the bowl in 3 mins and asked myself if that was a snack or an actual mealEnded up frying a couple of striploins at home after the ramen. Ramen tasted great, I ordered the one with spice and loved it. The portion size was smaller than expected for the price. They even bring over the whole idea of having partitions between people, ramen served through a curtain in front of you, suitable for people who value solitude(an introvert’s dream), not ideal for people who would like to chat face to face to catch up. Overall solid service but quite overpriced and located really far from mtr station. Worth trying it at least once. 查看更多

有时候,一个朋友的限时动态,就足以唤醒你深埋心底的味觉记忆。某天滑手机见到朋友打卡一兰,瞬间被拉回十年前的味道——我最后一次吃一兰,竟然已经是一整个 decade 前的事了。这次我照旧自选口味:•汤底浓郁•面质偏硬•要葱•蒜头适中•辣度:不辣(但配辣粉慢慢加)一入口,浓浓豚骨汤 滑入喉咙,带点蒜香甜味,咸香中有层次,加上辣粉后更添辛香刺激,真系饮完仲想再饮。细面依旧弹牙,一口接一口停唔到,叉烧虽然好似薄咗少少,但味道依然熟悉,毫无违和。吃完面,最满足系追加一碗白饭,把汤底精华一啖一啖吸晒落珍珠米,比汤面更有余韵。记得当年铜锣湾开业,24小时营业嘅一兰成为深夜食堂代表,门口总是大排长龙。而家抬头望住墙上「11周年」的牌匾,忽然觉得——时间过得好快,但味道,仍然叫人安心。不过呢个价,自修室自助式始终贵,百几蚊拉面都几多选择,竞争好大啊查看更多
