本人与友人到位于胡忠大厦的分店晚餐, 点选了(1) 瑞士鸡翼饭(2) 西兰花炒鱼块其实本人今次是第二次点选这个菜式, 唯上次味道已很差, 心想上次可能是巧合, 决定多一次机会再试. 但一看完卖相....真系不吐不快首先 碟小炒, 汁水多到似汤, 且大量蒜头, 超油而无味!!!!!!西兰花 同白焯冇分别! 而且超硬, 又是完全冇味!!!!鱼块 量不多 我理解 因为成本较贵, 但味道 部份淡味 部份超咸 调味不均匀!!味道的差劲同上次一模一样, 这是这款菜式的标准吗? 如果这就是标准, 那标准线也未免设得太低吧?当晚我吃的同时, 邻边枱子的女仕也点了这个, 油汤汁?! 也跟我的不分上下!!!!!…查看更多

与友人在湾仔来个quick lunch。我选了四宝饭，师傅慷慨地倒了大量豉油，但更无奈的是鸡翼及叉烧也腌得很咸，很重味精，吃完后很颈渴，饭后立即喝了一支800ml的蒸馏水解渴。叉烧颇硬，鸡翼略细，较为可入口的是红肠。友人选了牛丸春卷米，牛丸及春卷味道尚可，始终是现制品，不用特别加工，但汤底颇咸。…查看更多

I think it's a bit unfair to compare a fairwood to an established Hong Kong Style Cafe, therefore my review will only compare those of similar price and accessibility.Today I was craving Imitation Sharksfin Soup so I went ahead and tried Fairwood's version. I bought the D lunch set for $23 and it includes the soup, Honey hot dog, a chicken wing and a drink. Hot Lemon TeaI know it seems odd to say this but their lemon tea really hit the spot. They gave four lemons in the small cup and it was really great and fragrant. I do feel I'm craving lemons so it probably isn't as outstanding if you're a tea aficionados. But to me, it was great and as it was a takeaway I put it into two cups and added hot water. Really nice, very lemony. Streetstyle Sharksfin SoupLooks just like other pictures from fairwood and the taste was definitely not bad but it was a little bland. At first I thought it was disappointing but with each bite it grew on me. I think I will go ahead and add more vinegar for punch and it will taste better. I do miss the texture from the excellent street hawker variety I had in mong kok but of course it's unfair to compare the two. BBQ chicken wingNote, I am not a big fan of chicken wings and again I bought the set for the sharksfin soup and was thinking of giving the chicken wing to my dog after washing it in water. First bite in I thought, sorry poochy you're getting something else tonight. Lots of flavor and served on a stick. Done surprisingly well and exceeded my expectations. Honey SausageAgain didn't buy it for this but this one was also surprisingly good to me. Not as surprising as the BBQ wing but good.Conclusion:This is a great lunch set for all the "wrong" reasons. I had absolutely no desire to eat the BBQ chicken wing nor the honey sausage but they were both bursting with flavor. The sharksfin soup on the other hand, lacked flavor but was not offensive. It just needed something and I will experiment with it. Overall I'm quite surprised with the quality of the lunch set as the lunch that I had before with my folks was quite blah. But due to the good service and the flavors I definitely recommend this place now. It's a fairwood so you shouldn't expect much, but I think the chicken wing won't disappoint :)…查看更多

酱汁以面酱煮﹐味道很浓。虽然羊肉份量不太多﹐但肉质很瘦很淋。内里配料亦有茄子及大量大葱﹐所以另味道很香口。茄子完全吸收了酱汁的味道﹐用来送白饭很夹。 因味道较浓﹐跟餐那碟生菜可清清味蕾。这质素已超越快餐店的质素﹐很多酒楼或餐厅的葱爆羊肉褒都没有这质素。…查看更多
