Deliberately visited this Sushiro in Causeway Bay for their time-limited Haikyuu-themed store in May with my friend and my sis..We ordered the following Haikyuu collab specials:-Shrimp & Avocado WrapIt was a wrap that combined shrimp, avocado, mayonnaise and crab roe. Topped with crab roe and mayonnaise, the shrimp was satisfying and the avocado underneath added a creamy texture to the wrap. The whole combination was refreshing. This item came with a randomly selected mini character pick, with 20 different types available. -Shake Crispy French Fries The fries were similar to McDonald's' shake shake fries, and we could mix them with garlic cream flavour seasoning powder. The fries were extremely crispy and hot, and the garlic cream flavour was rich and savoury. This item came with a randomly selected transparent/double-sided collection card. -Marble Straberry White Chocolate Mousse CakeThe cake tasted better than I expected. The strawberry sauce was not too sour, and the white chocolate was not overly sweet. The mousse had an aromatic scent that complemented the sponge cake at the bottom. This item came with a randomly selected acrylic keychain, with 16 different types available. .The resto was adorned with various Haikyuu characters, and we were lucky enough to sit at a table with Oikawa's face on it🤣. I felt super shiawase to take pics with different Haikyuu characters. Hope there will be more anime collab for Sushiro in the future🥹. 继续阅读

竟然 book 到寿司郎~~唔怕比人㓥到一颈血又可以试吓2月新品,爽YY原本想试吓个米芝莲主厨 Ryota特制松露香气寿喜烧牛排点知无晒~呜呜呜。唯有食返件炙烧焦糖鹅肝补数,size 好似比之前细咗,鹅肝系正嘅不过个焦糖好甜有啲抢 fo,但呢个价钱无咩好投诉㗎啦炙烧天然金目鲷,炙烧过嘅鱼皮油脂甘香十足!好食~特盛帆立贝就有啲失望,原来系细细哋5粒帆立贝,但足足有两大旧饭!!好饱肚呀!同我食普通帆立贝有咩分别...酱渍三文鱼腩配新香三文鱼蓉,睇落几特别但味道偏咸而且有啲腥腥的(?!)就咁叫净三文鱼腩好食啲。而如果钟意食新香 (浅渍け)嘅可以试吓吞拿鱼蓉新香卷,吞拿鱼蓉软腍加爽脆新香,多重口感仲要系又平又抵食嘅红色碟!(呢个都系日本朋友介绍先知嘅隐藏好物)数の子 (鲱鱼卵军舰)- 即系希灵鱼卵,爽口咸香得嚟无平时嘅希灵鱼咁酸~特盛红楚蟹 - 6条蟹脚加埋蟹膏,蟹肉薄身水汪汪散飕飕唔鲜甜啰!好彩有啲蟹膏吊味如果唔系真系食咗个寂寞柚子味酱渍长鳍吞拿鱼 微薄嘅柚子味唔会掩盖咗吞拿鱼嘅鲜~唔惊喜亦无伏,不过事后综合朋友经验个质素波幅都几大下纯靠彩数石垣贝 爽得嚟唔鲜甜,下次食返赤贝或者海螺算数韩式辣酱渍三文鱼军舰 比个辣酱抢晒啲鱼味,仲要口感浆浆哋咁,一个字:怪!炙烧真鲷配柚子醋萝卜蓉,第二次死心不息一错再错成日见到个图以为烤鲽鱼鳍边叫错... 哭哭意大利芝士蒙布朗蛋糕,又平又好食!忌廉芝士 + 咖啡味鲜奶油馅料入面仲有咖啡啫喱粒粒~咖啡味香得嚟唔太甜腻。唯一嘅疑惑系完全无栗子味嘅 Mont blanc 仲算唔算系 Mont blanc 呢~?😂 继续阅读

今日食lunch路过铜锣湾, 一班人于是去食「寿司朗」,这间日本料理餐厅的寿司和刺身真系特别好食,所以吸引了不少食客。也因为咁我们足足等了60分钟, 餐厅环境简洁舒适,跟日本「寿司朗」装修一样地座位宽敞,适合与朋友聚餐或独自享受美食。「寿司朗」的食材新鲜,更重要是价钱合理,性价比高,尤其比接近质量的千両平得多。特别推荐吞拿鱼寿司, 茶碗蒸和三文鱼腩寿司,绝对是必试之选。餐厅的服务态度友善,上菜速度很快....很快就从运输带送过来。唯一的小缺点是部分寿司的鱼生切得稍薄,若能厚切一点会更满足。整体而言,这是一间值得再访的日式料理餐厅,推荐给喜欢寿司和刺身的朋友!1. 吞拿鱼寿司价钱:HK$38(两件)好味指数:★★★★☆卡路里:约60 kcal吞拿鱼新鲜肥美,鱼肉入口即化,带有淡淡的油脂香气。醋饭的酸度适中,与鱼肉完美融合,整体口感非常平衡。唯一美中不足的是鱼肉切得稍薄,若能厚切一点会更满足。2. 茶碗蒸价钱:HK$28好味指数:★★★★★卡路里:约80 kcal茶碗蒸绝对是惊喜之作!蒸蛋滑嫩如丝,入口即化,蛋香浓郁。配料有香菇、鸡肉和虾仁,每一口都能吃到丰富的层次感。汤汁清甜,令人回味无穷,绝对是必点之选。3. 王子寿司价钱:HK$48(两件)好味指数:★★★★☆卡路里:约70 kcal王子寿司是餐厅的招牌之一,以三文鱼、吞拿鱼和鳗鱼组合而成,卖相精致。鱼生新鲜,搭配微甜的酱汁,口感丰富。不过,鳗鱼的味道稍为盖过了其他鱼生的风味,若能平衡一点会更好。4. 三文鱼腩寿司价钱:HK$42(两件)好味指数:★★★★★卡路里:约90 kcal三文鱼腩油脂丰腴,入口即化,鱼肉的鲜甜与油脂的香气完美结合,令人一试难忘。醋饭的温度恰到好处,与鱼腩的搭配无可挑剔,绝对是寿司爱好者的最爱。5. 炙烧明太子三文鱼价钱:HK$58(两件)好味指数:★★★★☆卡路里:约100 kcal炙烧的香气扑鼻而来,三文鱼表面微焦,内里依然保持嫩滑。明太子的咸香与三文鱼的鲜味相得益彰,整体味道浓郁而不腻。不过,明太子的份量稍多,可能会盖过三文鱼的风味,建议可以稍微调整比例。 继续阅读

位于铜锣湾的寿司郎最近试了三款寿司:贝三味、泡菜拌海螺及鲽鱼鳍边三贯。贝三味一次可尝到赤贝、北寄贝及海螺,口感各异,鲜味明显但不过重。泡菜拌海螺则带微辣,海螺爽脆,泡菜味道偏酸,适合喜欢重口味的朋友。鲽鱼鳍边三贯油脂丰富,入口柔滑,柠檬增添清新感。整体味道平衡,份量适中,适合轻松一餐。环境:店面整洁,座位安排合理,用餐气氛轻松。  价格:以回转寿司来说属中价,性价比不错。  食物质素:食材新鲜,出品稳定。  食物种类:选择多样,定期推出限定款式。  如果你喜欢贝类或炙烧寿司,这三款值得一试。 继续阅读

踏入寿司郎,回转带上缤纷碟盘如流水划过,首攻「特选鲔鱼大腹」——粉橘交织的油花入口即化,脂香漫溢舌尖毫无筋感,惊艳度满分!「赤虾刺身」晶莹透亮,咬下弹牙鲜甜,佐现磨山葵更提风味;「北海道产帆立贝」厚切如雪,滑嫩带海水清甜,毫无腥气。必点「生鲑鱼」,橙红鱼肉油脂匀称,醋饭温度完美引出丰润口感。 每款刺身光泽饱满,温度控得宜,入口冰凉不带冰箱味。尤其午间入座,吧台可见师傅现开鱼获,赤身类血酸味干净、白肉鱼透亮紧实,鲜度直逼高级料亭!搭配百元价位,CP值爆表。离场前再扫一碟「海胆军舰」,浓郁甘醇无药水味,为这场鲜味之旅画上完美句点。**食材新鲜就是王道,寿司郎稳守回转寿司龙头,当之无愧!** 继续阅读
