一早去食早餐,大家都排住队等位,前面一个人跟住到我哋两个后面嘅都系一个,跟住有两张枱走,一张系卡位坐到二个人,另一张就细枱,明明可以派第一个去细枱,然之后我哋两个去卡位,马尾姐仔偏偏叫第一个坐卡位,然之后加块胶板隔咗个卡位,再叫我哋两个人坐细枱,我哋两个人坐张细枱真系好迫,唯有问佢可唔可以从之前卡位嘅交换,跟住马尾姐仔就好强势咁讲呢个系公司规矩,咁唯有死死地气等卡位,然后佢就俾后面𠮶啲一位入晒去坐卡位同细枱,跟住就好声好气同佢讲话下次其实可以安排一人去细枱,留返卡位俾两个人,咁样对你哋公司定系客人嘅安排都比较好,点知马尾姐仔就串串共咁话,呢个系公司规定,钟意嘅你坐咗细枱啦,等唔到可以坐细枱,只系你哋唔肯坐。老实讲,如果冇其他位你俾个一位入先都无可厚非,始终人哋系排先过你,但有两个位,一个大枱卡位一个细枱,头两个排队嘅一个一位一个两位,大枱唔俾两位比一位,叫两位嘅坐细枱,咁嘅安排系咪有问题。再讲,本身自己唔想坐细枱,等卡位都系自己拣冇得怨,而你间公司嘅所谓规定坚持一定系咁样派位,我都吹你唔胀,不过同你建议吓都系想睇吓你哋安排好啲,对大家都好,但系你又串串共咁样,讲到好似你贱你嘅事,又唔肯听意见,火都嚟鬼埋,马尾姐仔你咁样做派位好好做,见位就派,肯坐就坐,唔肯再就算,见前面几个留言都系讲你,好心你自己检讨吓你嘅态度同埋派位安排,不知所谓嘅服务。…查看更多

我哋每个礼拜都会食一两次,今次系第一次受到咁唔礼貌嘅对待,话说个中年马尾阿姐喺我哋张卡位枱隔离,唔够一步路嘅距离大大力咁掟啲金属嘅餐具落个胶兜度,不断地掟咗5分钟。于是我哋礼貌地咁同佢讲「姐姐可唔可以细声啲呀?」佢好冇礼貌咁回我哋「系咁个㖞!」跟住我哋同佢讲佢嘈到我哋,阿姐再态度非常无礼兼燥底话「我哋系要咁快个㖞!」马尾阿姐发完脾气之后就走咗去啦,之后所有行过嚟嘅员工冇人好似阿姐咁大大力泄愤咁掷啲金属餐具,所有人都好正常咁,唔知道点解只有阿姐一个人系需要在客人食饭嘅时候,喺隔离大大力咁样造出噪音嘈住啲客,仲要发脾气兼态度恶劣呢?系唔系间餐厅对阿姐特别刻薄呢?阿姐去到收银处同老板娘投诉我哋,投诉完我哋之后阿姐就满足咁露出笑容啦,兼且回头西样对我哋。阿姐同成间餐厅嘅员工喺度话我哋呢张枱话佢制造噪音,唔知道老板呢期唔喺度,系咪就系默许个长头发马尾中年西样嘅阿姐咁样对啲熟客呢?呢间嘢由开业食到而家,估唔到而家变成咗好似啲地痞大排档都不如嘅街边无牌食肆咁,一路食嘢要一路听住隔篱个侍应喺你隔篱泄愤掷餐具仲要话俾你听,你系应份忍受嘅。希望老板睇到员工咁嘅表现,会正视…查看更多

座位分配不公平,黑衣长马尾带位职员说这是公司定下来的规矩,只安排队最前6组人。眼见系冇问过,只系即时问最前的一组人几位。四人只可以等10张四人位。二人或一人都可以坐四人枱,即全场18张枱(8张两人位+10 张)排队前面四组人是二人,因为带位职员懒惰,无论你是多少人,只要刚好四人枱有空照分配给一个人或两个人。令后面排队的四人,只可再要等下一张四人枱。所有二人一人都可以坐四人枱,即全场18张枱。三人或以上只可等10张四人位…查看更多
