Dropped by this restaurant at Tai Wo with my cousin and little niece last week. We ordered quite a lot as we were really hungry after cycling.Sushi were fresh and tasted as good as they look.Tempura are really good especially the shrimp tempura. The combination with pink salt is very new to me and they were surprisingly match.There were a lot of seafood in this tomamto seafood soup, e.g. salmon, shrimps, mussels, scallop, etc Last but not least, I MUST introduce this baked corn with mozzarella cheese. As a cheese lover, this was my favourite dish of the day. My niece loved it too he even requested for another one after we finished this. 来香港工作差不多半年了,这天香港的同事生日,我们便吃饭庆祝,选了这间日式食店,它们串烧用炭火烧的,味道会比较香,坊间也较少吃得到,比较特别。来到店内,环境有点幽暗,十分有情调一坐下就先来了三文鱼沙律当前菜,店员介绍这个沙律可以一试,吃来微甜的酱汁再加上新鲜的烟三文鱼,味道真的不错,每款都很新鲜,份量也是不错的厚烧鳗鱼寿司这个鳗鱼寿司每人一件,味道由师傅秘制,香烧同时搽在鳗鱼表面,让鳗鱼的浓香彻底渗入,鳗鱼肉爽滑细嫩而有味,份量都算是多,这价钱算是物超所值。刺身和寿司拼盘都十分吸引,最好吃的一定是原板海胆,因为价钱非常吸引,不贵的价钱下便可以吃到迎鲜海胆,在香港应该很难找到,在台湾也不多,店员说这个海胆是日本货,吃了后觉得是没有骗人的.海胆新鲜不会有有怪味,还配有紫菜,整体味道也是相当出色。海鲜汤烧出来的时候十分热,汤底味道刚刚好,虾肉口感爽有弹性,味道更是十分鲜甜,令人回味。虾串烧,朋友看到非常高兴,所以决定一试,它的厚度咬口一流,蛮爽的,炭火盐烧安格斯一口牛,十分惹味,喜欢安格斯牛的朋友一定不可以错过。甜品来了个特别的红豆年糕,年糕味道十分浓厚,且带有奶香,十分讨好,估计不到原来年糕也可以炸成不油腻的口感,值得一试。想吃日本菜, 香港有很多, 但地道又抵吃的, 必然选择这一种, 选料上乘, 烹煮得出色, 值得再来!Read More
