I came across Tai Tsai after seeing it listed in the Michelin Guide 📕— apparently the only Taiwanese spot in Tsuen Wan with that honor. It’s a humble place, but the food speaks for itself.I ordered their Signature Fried Popcorn Chicken, Braised Pork Rice and an Egg Pancake to share.The fried chicken was the clear winner — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, perfectly seasoned with a kick of salt and pepper. It’s the kind of snack that feels straight out of a Taiwan night market. You can tell they’ve mastered the balance between crunch and tenderness.👍🏼👍🏼Then came the Braised Pork Rice — rich, silky pork belly braised to perfection, drizzled over fluffy rice and topped with a bit of Taiwanese pickled mustard greens. 路德围好似半年就会转一次手咁,好多舖开几个月未有机会试下就执咗🤣唯一奇观系台蔡卤肉饭长期排队🙀,今次晚市排咗25分钟终于食到我叫咗佢哋嘅招牌卤肉饭,选配溏心蛋。饭上枱𠮶阵都几美观,肥瘦交错嘅猪腩肉切得唔厚亦唔太薄,饭粒吸晒汁,捞起只溏心蛋食都几新式,酸菜铺咗一小撮,微酸带甜,令整碗饭平衡唔腻。个人觉得碗卤肉饭喺台湾都算好食,后来见到个牌先知系台湾厨师开,果然系台湾人先做到阵味,唔系周围都食到咁好味嘅卤肉饭🤔。之后我order咗肉松起司蛋饼🌮🧀因为网上见到好多人话唔错,蛋饼蛋皮煎得金黄,边位酥脆,入面嘅cheese会拉丝,肉松份量唔少,蛋饼切开唔系湿湿烂烂,而系脆口,呢个蛋饼份量足有水准。Overall算系一间好味嘅台湾餐厅,排队时间虽然要等,但翻枱快,店员效率唔错,排队25分钟都接受到。Read More

第一次食台蔡卤肉饭系2022年,𠮶阵啱啱新开,仲记得要排半个钟先入到去。3年后再返去食,台蔡已经入选过「米芝莲」推荐,我本来都担心味道keep唔keep到,2025年水准都keep到我就放心喇🫶🏻卤肉饭仍然够香,肥瘦比完美,饭底吸晒卤汁,粒粒分明。酸菜微甜带酸,好有台湾🇹🇼feel。招牌盐酥鸡炸得干爽、外脆内嫩,啖啖肉、唔油腻。食到最后仲有热气,证明系即炸。店入面冇花巧装修,但气氛亲切,听到台湾腔店员讲「谢谢」,就觉得有人情味。睇住台蔡创业初期故事都几感人,2025年仲保持咁稳定,真系难得。希望时势艰难小店可以长做长有💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Read More
