一直以来,都觉得十里洋场好抵食,出品稳定,而且经常有惊喜。 早前十里洋场搬去了利园三期,同样的就脚方便。餐厅位于地库,不过有电梯供客人使用,无须怕要撑楼梯。 蒜香海参Sea Cucumber with Garlic Sauce海参每口都沾上了蒜香,很美味。 蓑衣黄瓜伴红蜇头Sliced Cucumber with Marinated Rosy Jellyfish Head in Aged Vinegar口感清新爽脆,置底的黄瓜刀功细腻,睇得又食得。 香干马兰头伴西班牙火腿Iberico Ham with Indian Aster把传统的香干马兰头提升,加入了西班牙火腿,多添了一份咸香。 桂花蜜汁黑毛猪叉烧Honey Glazed Iberico Pork Char Siu with Osmanthus很平稳,桂花蜜很甜美,但个人始终喜欢多点焦香。 砂锅煎焗星班Pan-fried Live Leopard Coral Trout in Casserole原个砂锅上,保持了热度,一揭盖芳香四溢,阵阵葱香扑鼻而来,星班肉质嫩滑,仲要系用上最佳的斤来重的“条头班”,我钟意。 香酥舟山带鱼Deep-fried Hairtail简单而不浮夸,炸得酥香入味,啖啖肉,个人觉得佐酒最好。 沪式焗酿蟹盖Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Cheese避开了蟹盖常见的通病,就是外层面包糠太厚的问题,轻轻一戳便能享用,蟹肉更加入了金华火腿、蘑菇及洋葱,口感丰富。 陈肾扁尖笋炖老鸭汤Dry Braised Grouper & Glutinous Rice Cake with Fermented Soy Sauce够火喉,笋的鲜、鸭的臊、肾的香,完全溶入汤里,每口都是精华,就连汤渣都消灭了不少。 珍酒十里富贵鸡Prosperity Chicken with ZHEN又是一道充满了仪式感的菜色,浇上烈酒后点火,即时弥漫著酒香,用小锤敲开,内里是用荷叶包裹的三黄鸡,精彩处在于鸡壳内是酿入以酱香型白酒「珍十五」炒香的鲍鱼、冬菇及洋葱,鸡汁把鲍鱼都变得惹味,鸡肉都焗至软熟,轻轻一撕便开。 京葱扒鸭Braised Duck with Leeks份量太劲,一定要人多先好点,鸭肉炖至糜烂,京葱的香气完全混和了鸭肉,油香满满的。 扬州红烧花胶萝卜Braised Turnip with Fish Maw花胶的骨胶原自然受欢迎,而萝卜更是有惊喜,非常入味又无渣。 冰花鲜肉锅贴Pan-fried Pork Dumplings with Crispy Net店方名物,底部煎至犹如花朶,咬落肉汁热烫,肉味又鲜,必食。 Read More

第一次遇到性价比这么差的餐厅觉得要评论一下。本次晚餐一共尝试了8道菜:桂花蜜汁黑毛猪叉烧 7/108道菜中最好吃的,但部位不是最好的扣了点分。苏式熏鱼 6/10酱汁只有酸的醋味,缺乏香甜味。荔枝虾球 4/10咬落口感似橡筋,毫无鲜虾味。松子桂花鱼 6/10虽然是新鲜鱼但缺乏酥脆的外皮,和苏式熏鱼一样只有酸味而不是酸甜可口的糖醋酱汁。花胶螺头炖鸡汤 0/10全晚最差最差……吃到这时已经毫无打卡意欲……真的在喝汤渣加清水……$588的汤比茶餐厅例汤更差!!!XO酱芦笋海参炒带子 7/10也是比较好吃正常的一道菜,芦笋和带子炒得不错,只是海参不够入味。椒香鲍鱼小炒肉 7/10感觉餐厅的炒品还是不错的,只是有一点点咸了。招牌虾蟹炒饭 5/10太太太油腻了,吃一口感觉满口都是油。Read More

朋友介绍呢间喺铜锣湾嘅上海菜馆「十里洋场」。我哋夜晚7点半去到,侍应俾左张圆枱我哋,宽敞之余亦同其他枱有一定嘅距离,倾密偈都可以方便啲。我哋叫咗以下几款菜式:蜜汁叉烧、砂锅云吞鸡、虾蟹炒饭、咸肉炒莴荀丝、蜜饯火方。So far 各款食物也相当不俗,但特别推荐虾蟹炒饭,镬气十足,虾蟹肉够晒多,性价比较高,另外鲜肉锅贴都做到外脆内juicy,而冰花纹薄脆片打卡一流。整体环境、服务再加上食物质素,值得再嚟帮衬!😀Read More
