🤔牛肉清汤拉面 汤:未食就闻到好香嘅牛肉 & 黑松露香味。饮一啖清汤,汤头非常之清澈,带有菇嘅香味,清甜得来都够味又几香。面:系一般拉面常见嘅生面质地,质地爽弹。材料:挂喺碗边有一大块烧牛肉,餐牌写系来自Lawry 嘅联乘,但系口感都几硬实,唔嫩滑,味道又冇特别。普通。味道可以,但系埋单要成$198 ,太贵啦。性价比唔高。五行焦香味噌拉面 $158汤:因为估唔到会系咩味,所以贪得意点咗,食第一啖就后悔。所谓嘅”焦香“原来就系㶶咗嘅味道。汤底系酱油味加苦苦哋,有啲㶶左黑色粒粒。唔好味啰。面: 有少少似荞麦面𠮶种爽身带硬嘅质地,还可以。材料: 有两件叉烧,带点肥肉几肥美,味道正常。结论系除非你钟意𠮶浸㶶㶶哋苦苦哋嘅味,否则唔建议。豚骨经典拉面 汤:有浓郁嘅猪骨汤味道,似一兰𠮶种风格。面:面条幼细,口感柔软。材料:叉烧唔算特别嫩滑,味道正常。溏心蛋几入味。呢个反而系三个之中最好味嘅。前菜:鸡翼鸡翼对半切,口感比较多骨。以名古屋鸡翼嘅做法,但系太多酱油同沙律酱,导致个皮唔脆,而且口感好甜好多酱料。麻麻。吞拿鱼卷 : 正常味道沙律: 正常味道查看更多

This izakaya is at the basement of Landmark Alexandra in Central, on the passage connecting to the MTR station, where the space used to be a wine shop I frequently visit. The place offers casual Japanese cuisine, and on this Friday evening, it is packed with customers, many of whom I believe are people working nearby enjoying the happy hour.The place has a bar counter plus the usual dining tables, with simplistic yet hip and vibrant décor. The burgundy red tiled walls, wooden furniture, create a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Having made a reservation in advance, we are seated at a table at the back, and quickly order the buy one get one beer and ginger ale to quench the thirst from the hot summer days.Ordering the first round of skewers, we have picked mostly from the list of happy hour special offer. Okra ($22 each) is nicely seasoned and not dried from grilling.Wagyu Sukiyaki Roll ($41 each) has enoki mushroom and vegetable wrapped inside the wagyu, together with a section of negi in between, paired with raw egg yolk.Shiitake Mushroom ($22 each) has a beautiful cut on the surface to resemble the maple leaf. Again nicely seasoned and still moist after the grill.The bone has been removed from Salted Chicken Wing ($25 each) to make it easier for customers to enjoy, with the meat tender and appropriately seasoned with salt, grilled to a golden colour with the skin crispy. One of my favourite pieces.The Homemade Tsukune ($42 each) is the only one not on the happy hour menu. The minced chicken meatball has a nice sweet and savoury glazing, with some soft bones inside adding a bit of crunchy bites. Another of my favourites.Finishing the first round, we order the next and almost order all the varieties available on the happy hour menu. The staff warned us that the Jumbo Green Pepper ($22 each) can be a bit spicy, but it turns out to be so spicy that we could not finish it. Only for those who can really take up strong spicy food.We also have Mario Truffle Edamame ($38). The bean pods are nicely cooked, infusing the beans with rich flavours but not excessively salty. The garlic and truffle further adds to the taste.Zucchini ($22 each) has a nice roast on the surface, cooked well and still retain a crunchy texture. Beautifully seasoned as well.Salted Pork Belly ($28 each) has the right amount of fat and lean portion of meat, very nicely grilled, and with salt it highlights the original natural flavours best.Thick Cut Bacon ($30 each) has a fragrant smoky note, with the bacon not too fatty. Paired with a bit of mustard it is delicious.Each of us finishing with nine skewers, all of them very nicely prepared and grilled, not feeling greasy at all. The service is also commendable, with the staff friendly and helpful, despite being super busy. The bill on the night is $706, very reasonable. It is a great place for skewers, and next time perhaps we should also try their ramen.查看更多

五行焦香酱油沾面的酱油上桌时滚下滚下,表面有啲脆米粒粒,沾面沾上酱油食,沾面很坚韧,酱油有焦香味偏向咸,叉烧沾上酱油入口即化,个餐有得拣配沙律,单边鸡翼或tuna sushi,三个人去食如果大家都叫唔同既野就可以试到唔同既配菜。日本茶几香,几好饮。查看更多
