每次去大埔,食东记几乎已经成为指定动作!佢响大埔街市熟食中心楼上,人气好高,每次去到都坐满人。最正就系炸猪扒面,我通常都会拣粗面,因为粗面先系传统嘅上海面,比较饱肚,入口烟韧挂汤,可惜汤底一般。建议可以加啲佢地自家制辣椒油,带出香辣味道。猪扒份量十足,大大件仲炸得金黄香脆,咬落仲带肉汁,够晒满足!另外加十蚊嘅炸鸡翼都唔输蚀,外层炸粉薄薄一层,炸完都唔会太亁身,食落好多肉汁。价钱亲民,份量又足,真系抵食!Read More
