Our fireflies trip was a huge success, we are honestly so thankful for the great weather in-between consecutive summer rainstorms. To celebrate this we came to our old fave to have a few famous Tai Po treats to call it a night!I got this box of cold served pork collar drizzled with a mix of yellow mustard, sweet sauce and Chinese marinade. The pork neck was properly sliced, broiled and chilled, not oily at all, with texture tasted almost like crisp. Together with the sauces, it’s a bliss. There were a few tables for sitting down and dining. Our gang grabbed a few chicken thighs to enjoy. Both the deep fried and marinaded versions were gold. 三多炸脾:香脆可口,想不到那么的好吃,因为炸脾看似容易,其实制作并不容易,因为那只脾那么巨大,要炸得熟而不炸老是考技术的,尤其是鸡肉,要拿捏它的生熟度是很困难的,过熟便会干,不好吃,过生当然不能吃,会坏肚子和食物中毒,所以很佩服店家敢卖炸鸡脾,而且还那么好吃。首先质感很好,真的脆皮,索索声,爽脆,皮薄,脂肪刚好炸掉,吃起来不油腻, 调味亦相当好,浓,但不死咸,少许辣香恰到好处。超浓味又超惹味,令人相当回味,是绝对会再光顾的好店。 继续阅读

平时同邻居夜晚出嚟踩车,佢哋都好钟意买宵夜食,佢哋最钟意就系食沙嗲牛捞公,我就成日忍口唔食,但系今次实在太早食饭,夜晚11点几出到嚟都几肚饿。今次终于买咗卤水鸡髀配西汁意粉。之前邻居分享𠮶啲炸髀俾我试,所以今次就嗌卤水髀。攞左外卖之后,就踩出去工业村𠮶边开餐。开餐!只鸡髀个汁有啲层次唔系单系瑞士汁系有调配过,同埋厚肉得黎,个肉质相当嫩滑。另外个细汁意粉,就系细个去餐厅食铁板餐嘅时候,配𠮶份茄汁意粉嘅味道。宵夜呢个价钱都尚算合理,食完超满足。 继续阅读
