Came here for claypot rice when the weather was colder. The rice was nice especially its crispy bottom. The quantity was less than 坤記 and I wish there were more ingredients but they were made very flavourful. .Other dishes were just okay, not so special. 講左好耐話要試下米之蓮一星的煲仔飯,因為系堅尼地城太遠,食評又話一早去都要排隊,所以都無去,今日星期四6點系中環,打電話去book位話無得book,但話現在有位,馬上坐地鐵去。去到門口6點20分系門口睇,都以為滿,好在仲有一兩個位置,坐低到6點24已經無位啦。落單等左大概20分鐘就來一個煲。臘味排骨煲仔飯($90)3分- 臘肉肥瘦比例吾錯,肥肉吾會太油,瘦肉吾會硬;潤腸比較鹹,吾香;臘腸酒味比較濃,睇個人喜歡,吾似一般臘腸,皮薄但吾脆。白鱔黃鱔煲仔飯($112)2分-因為餐牌無雙鱔飯,見到只要加22蚊就可以加餸,咁就一次試曬。可能一煲飯吾系由一條黃或白鱔魚,只有1/3肉是咬口爽脆,其他都系”淋 bat bat”,但所有鱔魚都無自己系街市買的鮮味,由於買魚到食物口感不一致系食物成功的一大關鍵,所以只比佢2分。兩煲飯都有比較做到幾均勻黃色的飯焦,可能系因為用電爐的關係,但比較厚同吾脆吾香,咬落比較硬。豉油落左焗左都吾香。…查看更多
