日本大阪嗰間一風堂幾年前已經試過,印象不錯,湯底同麵條都好,唯獨店裡面太熱,抽風好差,食到d汗不停滴。至於香港呢間,開咗一段時間,開業初期要排兩個鐘,實在無本事去等。而家開多兩間分店,尖沙咀呢間嘅客量少d。12點去到,唔洗排隊,食完大約一點鐘,外面都只得幾個人排緊隊。我地一家3口,被安排坐卡位,好寬敞,而且冷氣夠,唔會好似日本咁食到身水身汗。最近推出新拉麵,阿爸一睇就話要試。我同阿媽就試番d basic d ge, 阿媽要白丸,我要赤丸。再加一客餃子同爆裂豆腐。爆裂豆腐,size 細細,索價$58,有點貴。所謂ge爆裂係用熱石鍋上,上枱時gi gi ja ja,加上辣辣地。除咗豆腐,仲有麵條碎,洋蔥碎同肉碎,而個精華係個汁,好惹味,味濃,又辣,貴得有道理。餃子一般,無咩特別。阿爸嗰碗勁豐富,有4片叉燒、半隻半熟蛋、炸牛蒡同蒸蛋。仲有骨膠原凍同柚子胡椒。份量好多,阿爸連湯都飲埋,食完連餃子都食唔落。白丸同赤丸嘅湯底係一樣,只不過係赤丸加咗辣。豬骨湯底味道濃郁,赤丸嘅湯底多咗一層肥油,所以好似香d...麵係幼身,同其他拉麵店不同,軟硬度適中,同個湯好match。不過蔥花同日本差好遠,日本嘅蔥花勁多,而且蔥味濃,好食好多。叉燒半肥瘦,都唔錯。…查看更多

一風堂Causeway Bay dining experience is just one comment - DISAPPOINTED.I have never tried 一風堂 in Tsimshatsui, and I will definitely not dare to try again. The soup base is fatty, salty and not tasty. The portion of noodles is mean, and with such a famous Japanese noodles restaurant, I do not understand they are using just green onion instead of the traditional Japanese 大蔥? The slice of pork is without any taste but salty.If you have not tried this restaurant, never go there, not worth.
