Established 15 years ago, Hop Sze is a neighbourhood eatery that serves homestyle Chinese delicacies that sound no different from other establishments, but still gradually comes to fame just by impressing with their food. 合時小廚是一間米之蓮推介餐廳同事們一直都說好想去但一直都未能成功預約竟然~竟然~老細上年就預約了今年的包房,而且現在堂食晚市重開,一Team同事分了三枱一起去吃囉P.s: 吃完覺得真得很好吃,立刻問小廚老闆想預約下次帶家人來,但老闆說包房的話已預約到下年二月…什麼?現在才五月!!人數少一點的話也要等到今年九月才有位當然小廚的座位很少也是原因,但重點是小廚擁有大量回頭客!每枱吃完都會立即想約下一次小廚的位置也很好找,西灣河站B出口轉右行大約3分鐘左右就到。但店舖的座位真的不多,分了兩層十約也只有十張枱左右,想來的客人記得要預早早早訂位!!公司Team飯,所以老細很早選好了美味的菜單~嘩~真的很多今次要肥肥了(^◇^;)因為分了三枱,所以部分菜式都會先分好四人的分量,而且是包房,所以有一兩位店員長時期為我們服務,姨姨們又有善又能說笑:)首先上枱的是冰鎮南非鮑魚,鮑魚的肉質彈牙爽口,而且應該是有被花雕酒浸過,很香很好吃然後是迷你百花蝦多士,嘩~這個蝦多士是小妹吃過最足料的一次,蝦肉滿滿很彈牙,而且多士被炸得脆卜卜又不會感覺很油膩這個鹵水墨魚豆腐雖然看似平平無奇,但豆腐是店家自製的,特別香豆味而且很滑墨魚也是很爽口好吃Σ(・□・;)突然上了一碗黑漆漆的湯,原來是昆布海草生熟地水牛皮煲豬踭湯,是一款清熱解毒的湯水。一開始還以為會很重藥材味,結果又不是,有一股清甜的肉湯味,小妹有點不懂怎樣形容,但好好喝極品茶皇雞。吃起來有淡淡的煙燻味道,而且皮薄肉厚,很嫩滑的雞肉再沾了店家自家製的醬汁,很好吃!雞油花雕火腿絲蒸馬友\(≧▽≦)/小妹全晚最喜愛的菜式!!好味的程度是小妹平時不愛吃魚的人都覺得十分好吃!馬友的肉質很嫩滑,而且吸滿花雕及雞油,一放進口就會融的感覺,很難形容,但真的很好吃!!!香港很少能吃到的古法雞蛋焗魚腸,這間很大盤而且很足料,但是小妹本人不太會吃芫荽及魚的內臟,所以只是試了一點。可能因為小妹沒有連同芫荽一同吃,所以吃的時候覺得有一點腥味。上湯浸莧菜又要讚一下丫!炸蒜及乾瑤柱仔都煮到很軟很易吃,莧菜也是很入味及完全不「鞋」脷這個薑蔥焗肉蟹煎腸粉上枱的時候其實大家都已經很飽但蟹的香氣的確很吸引,決定吃兩舊。腸粉吸滿蟹味,不過就略為少少咸,所以吃不了太多。每次飲宴的最後都會有粉麵飯~不例外,這個12人分量的少爺焗豬扒飯真的真的大盤到…每人再配一隻荷包蛋~小妹覺得豬扒沒有什麼特別,但..這個蕃茄底的飯超級好味!不知為何,真的超級好味!飯是能吃完的最後不少得甜品合時自家製南瓜西米露,不會太甜,好吃!.總括來說,終於明白為何有那麼多回頭客!終於明白為何每枱吃完就預約下次!因為我地全部人都有問米芝蓮推介果然出色…Read More

兩個月前book左位去呢間位於西灣河嘅隱世私房菜同屋企人食飯。大概早一個星期左右,就打咗電話俾餐廳去留餸,預好哂份量。今日嚟到餐廳,環境比較迫夾,分樓上樓下兩層,但都唔會話坐得好唔舒服。見到有啲街客諗住Walk in嚟食,全部一律冇位🤣所以想食嘅話真係一定要預早book。不過問過老闆,原來食夜晚都要去到下年五月先有位,可見呢間其貌不揚嘅餐廳,其實真係真正嘅隱世高手。餐牌: 簡單粗暴用手寫🤣別有一番風格,今日就係食咗呢啲餸。杏汁菜膽豬肺湯: 一開始黎個招牌嘅豬肺湯潤下喉。雖然睇落去啲南北杏打得唔係好細滑,不過飲既時候係幾OK的。比較impressive既當然係豬肺。洗到白雪雪超級乾淨,完全冇蘇味。點少少豉油食,正呀~每碗湯大概有三舊左右,非常軟糯。菜膽都非常淋。不過飲完碗湯已經有少少飽。所以建議都係慢慢飲🤣assess下自己個食量有幾大,預留返個肚之後食嘢。韭菜小銀魚小炒皇: 我第一次見小炒王嘅配菜係多個韭菜🤣真係超誇張。小銀魚炸到超級鬆脆,而且仲有魷魚同蝦乾。食落去卜卜趣,熱辣辣夠晒鑊氣。茶熏雞: 係炸子雞同埋豉油雞之間,揀咗茶熏雞。原因好簡單,因為出邊比較少有,同埋喺屋企冇㗎撐的話,好難整到煙燻嘅餸。仲有其實呢度唯獨是係茶熏雞先會有埋雞腎同雞肝🤣平時鍾意食內臟嘅,順便試吓嘛~不得不說個熏味做得好出色,有一種好香煙燻嘅味道,又唔會太咸。隻雞唔會太肥,肉質爽嫩。雞腎雞肝都唔錯,夠淋。真係幾有特色。黃金豆腐粒: 呢度餸夠晒邪惡,但真係炸得好好食😋真係會令人食到唔停口。層炸粉做到有少少厚度得來,又唔會有空氣感,係嗰種會令人想食落肚嘅炸粉。而且鹹味係360度沾滿每一粒豆腐面,非常均勻。入邊嘅豆腐係超級嫩。同層炸粉好似係兩個世界咁,形成鮮明嘅對比😂整度餸份量超級多,又夠大粒。全台人一齊狂啪都冇問題🤣平時屋企人唔鍾意食煎炸野,都大讚呢一個豆腐好食👍🏻👍🏻忍唔住要食多幾粒椒鹽吊片: 吊片其實就係魷魚個身,呢度餸同黃金豆腐粒一樣咁邪惡,而且一樣咁好食😋真係覺得呢度啲炸嘢做得超級出色。兩樣餸好食程度不相上下。只能說小朋友先做選擇,大人全部都要!同豆腐一樣,炸粉超級平均同貼服咁樣沾係魷魚上面,炸得非常鬆脆,而且夠晒熱。椒鹽分布喺每一塊魷魚上面,非常香口同惹味。枝竹涼瓜炆龍躉頭腩: 食完咁多度好食嘅餸,到到呢一味時就覺得有啲失色🤣其實上菜嘅時候都係熱辣辣,豆腐枝竹魚腩其實都夠新鮮同好食好食。不過魚腩稍微有啲骨,所以食嘅時候都要小心。不過以煲仔菜來講,質素唔錯。千層咕嚕肉: 呢一味係特色餸,用五花腩片捲埋之後炸成一舊一舊嘅咕嚕肉,同平時食開嘅好唔同。加上甜酸醬炒埋一碟,非常香。不過冇諗過嘅係原來五花腩片中間有少少軟骨,所以如果係老人家食嘅話就要小心啲咬。分量唔算超多,不過勝在做法非常有特色。少爺焗豬扒飯: 豬扒飯又係一味招牌菜,不過要六人份起,所以真係要多人先一齊食到。呢個豬扒飯真係無敵,芝士同醬汁都勁多。豬扒好淋,脂肪分布均勻。食嘅時候waiter會幫你分好一碗碗,原來個秘訣係要將啲芝士同醬汁同飯完全撈埋先好食。食落去嘅時候每一啖都係濃濃嘅番茄醬同芝士味,真係超正。食到時最後嘅時候其實真係好飽,不過依然忍唔住要添多碗呢一個豬扒飯。而且分好每一碗飯之後,佢仲會幫你喺上面加一隻窿邊流心蛋。豬扒飯加埋蛋黃一齊食,真係超正😍😍成餐飯我最鍾意呢個豬扒飯。椰汁芋頭西米露: 最後waiter姐姐勁好人,每人送左我哋一碗糖水。糖水唔係太甜,而且份量唔係好多,所以就算好飽都食得落🥰有甜品做ending真係好滿足。總括來講合時真係好高質🤣唔怪得佢要咁早book位。餐廳細細間,真係估唔到原來生意咁好。希望佢長做長有!有機會絕對會來返兜,不過可能已經係出年嘅事🤣(Price: lunch ~$350/pax.)…Read More
