𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 was a recent flavour rolled out for this Autumn/Winter, and it was a delightful one - the puff was crispy on its crust, with a soft and light interior, entirely filled with rich, intensive matcha custard and whipped cream ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ The 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 has a smooth and creamy lava centre, paired superbly with chewy mochi and the thick layer of fluffy whipped cream on top, which helped in neutralising heaviness of the black sesame flavour. 星期六的下午來到,人不多,可以直接入坐。[[慢煮嫩雞胸羅勒醬三文治配火箭菜沙律]]慢煮嫩雞胸令我地一致覺得驚艷,超級嫩滑又夠入味,裡面仲有pesto,重點係自家製的focaacia好香,好鬆軟,唯一唔好的係focaacia切得太幼,係兩隻半手指的闊度,成份三文治向上發展,好難食到。[[北非沙卡疏卡配意大利香草麵包]]呢個想試好耐啦,同行友人覺得食到後尾有點辣,我覺得好惹味,有少少似肉醬意粉的肉醬,但更多蕃茄,沒有肉碎,厚厚塗一層喺上,好酥脆,係perfect match 。[[自家糖煮莓果醬奶油吐司]]莓果醬酸到開眼,但自家製的,應該比較低糖,奶油吐司比想像中乾硬,唔係法式多士嗰種鬆軟。[[開心果修女泡芙]]精緻的甜品,裡面係開果果忌廉。外層係超級酥脆,真係會卡嚓一聲。但個人認為唔值咁貴,試一次便可。…查看更多
