夏天最好多用新鲜水果來煮食,可以令食慾增加,而且相對地健康得多。番茄的番茄紅素更是又平又健康的超級食物之一,多吃也無妨。

肉眼扒/西冷扒 1塊
即食腰果 適量
蕃茄 1個
芒果 1個
火龍果 1個
Seasoning
蒜粒 少許
黑椒粒 少許
蠔油 1湯匙
糖 半茶匙
醬油 1湯匙
水 少許
Method
1.將牛扒放於室溫大概半小時,吸乾水份,用刀背輕輕拍鬆,加入醃料,煎至表面金黃,再反另一面亦煎至金黃,放在碟上2分鐘,切粒備用。
2.蕃茄切片,芒果及火龍果切粒。
3.將蒜粒爆香,加入調味料煮熱,轉細火放入牛柳粒快炒,熄火後將腰果、芒果粒及火龍果粒加入炒勻上碟, 放上蕃茄片伴碟即可。
Tips
1.牛扒最重要是要快炒
2.熄火後才加即食腰果才會好吃
