香蕉合桃杯仔蛋糕

簡單又易整既香蕉合桃蛋糕杯.

(6小杯份量)
香蕉 2隻
蛋 1隻
合桃 隨自己喜歡加減份量
糖 65克
鹽 3克
牛油 80克
自發粉 100克
低筋粉 50克
Method
1.將合桃放入爐180度焗10分鐘左右
2.將牛油溶後加入糖,待幾分鐘
3.將(做法2)加入香蕉蓉及蛋,再分3次加入已過篩的麵粉,鹽及一半合桃,(不要過份攪拌)攪到無粉就可以
4.將拌好的粉漿入杯後,於面層亦可以加少許合桃
5.180度焗30至40分鐘
Tips
1.因我無落發粉,所以自己加了自發粉加低筋麵粉
2.味道方面隨個人喜好加減,不喜歡太甜又可以減糖
3.大家的焗爐不同,要不停時用牙籤檢查烘焗情況
