熟雞肉(切絲) 適量
冬菇(浸軟切絲) 適量
甘筍(切絲) 適量
溫室青瓜(切絲) 適量
豆腐乾(切條) 適量
泡菜(按個人口味加入) 適量
雞蛋 1隻
白飯 1碗
*以上材料份量按個人口味而定
Seasoning
韓式辣醬(拌飯用) 適量
豉油(煎冬菇用) 適量
Method
1. 將所有材料切絲及切條。
2. 冬菇加少許糖及豉油煎。
3. 把甘筍、溫室青瓜泡一泡滾水。
4. 豆腐乾煎香。
5. 把所有材料放在白飯上。
6. 把雞蛋放在材料上然後加入韓式辣醬 。
7. 食用前將所有材料及白飯拌勻,即成 。
Tips
1. 甘筍、溫室青瓜不用泡太久,因兩者都可生食。
2. 飯一定要加入韓式辣醬,將材料全部拌勻。
3. 如喜歡酸辣的朋友可加入多一些泡菜。
