砂糖 60克
低筋麵粉 75克
無鹽牛油(已溶) 26克
芒果(搾汁) 1個
白朱古力(打碎) 260克
淡忌廉 500毫升
Method
1. 用打蛋器把雞蛋及糖打起至奶黃色忌廉狀,把麵粉篩入輕輕拌勻,把牛油溶液慢慢加入拌至均勻。
2. 倒入已鋪牛油紙之6吋焗模內,以攝氏180度焗23至25分鐘,焗熟後脫模
3. 蛋糕待涼後打橫平面切開一半,在中間鋪上白朱古力。
4. 把兩件蛋糕合起來,把芒果汁加入淡忌廉拌勻打發,均勻抹在蛋糕身,在蛋糕面唧上忌廉裝飾即可。
