南瓜蓉 1罐
煉奶 1罐
雞蛋 兩隻
魚膠粉1.5茶匙
薑粉、肉桂粉、肉豆寇粉、鹽適量
一個現成消化餅批皮 (graham cracker pie crust)
Method
1. 先在大碗內打雞蛋,留起待用。
2. 將魚膠粉和所有香料混合於小煲內,加入煉奶及打好了的蛋。
3. 開細火煮,不停攪拌,煮約10分鐘或直至魚膠粉完全熔化。
4. 熄火,加入南瓜蓉,攪拌至完全混合。
5. 倒進消化餅批皮內。
6. 放入雪櫃雪3-4小時即成。
Tips
香料每款大約半茶匙,肉桂粉要多些。
如沒肉豆寇粉,可加extra肉桂粉代替。
最好一路煮一路試味就知正確份量了!
