Ingredient and Portion
自發粉 130克
發粉 1.5茶匙
幼砂糖 110克
軟身植物牛油 130克
雞蛋 3個
鮮奶 2湯匙
雲呢拿香油 半茶匙

Method
1. 自發粉和發粉篩入碗中。
2. 於粉堆中開一個洞,加入其餘材料拌勻,把所有材料打至軟身。
3. 麵糊置於12個小紙杯內,以攝氏180度焗15-20分鐘至熟,取出待涼即可。
Tips
麵糊可加入少許朱古力粒焗製。
