番茄6個
薯仔2個
紅蘿蔔1個
煲湯排骨$40-$50/份
Method
烹調步驟
1. 番茄不用切開,先用熱水煲兩分鐘,去皮、去椗。
2. 薯仔、紅蘿蔔切一件件。
3. 排骨要骨多肉少的。然後將煲湯排骨洗淨,出水,備用。
4. 再將所有材料放入煲內煲大概1小時即可,1 1/2小時效果會更好。
