用「焗」的方法代替炸,大大減低脂肪量。

Ingredient and Portion
大燒烤磨菇 2隻
豆腐 1磚
吞拿魚 1/3杯
粟米粒 1/2杯
低脂芝士 1片
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至190℃/375℉。
2. 將粟米粒和吞拿魚拌入豆腐中,攪拌成豆腐蓉,釀在磨菇面上。
3. 芝士磨蓉,灑在磨菇面上。
4. 將磨菇放進焗爐焗約10分鐘即成。
Tips
1. 若改用硬豆腐,可獲更多鈣質。
2. 用焗的方法代替炸,大大減低脂肪量。
