牛奶醬士多啤梨湯圓

帶有士多啤梨酸味的湯圓,想不到和忌廉牛奶醬的味道如此配合。
Ingredient and Portion
(4人份)

糯米粉 100克
士多啤梨 200克

牛奶醬:
牛奶 1杯
忌廉 4湯匙
蜂蜜 2湯匙
Method
1. 士多啤梨洗淨去蒂,將一半士多啤梨用叉子搗碎放入糯米粉中,用手搓揉成耳垂軟度,太硬時可略加水調節。
2. 用步驟(1)的士多啤朵粉糰搓成直徑约2厘米的湯圓,湯圓中間用手指壓至凹陷,放進沸騰的熱水煮。當湯圓浮起後再煮約1分鐘,然後撈起放入冷水中冷卻。
3. 剩餘的士多啤梨每粒切成兩半,和瀝乾水分的湯圓一起放入容器。淋上拌勻的牛奶醬。
