中番茄(切件) 3個
桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠 4茶匙
鮮奶 2湯匙
水 2/3杯
Seasoning
糖 適量
鹽 適量
茄汁 適量
Method
1. 雞蛋、鮮奶拌勻,下少許鹽調味。
2. 中火下油起鑊,炒至雞蛋7成熟(還有蛋汁) ,盛起備用。
3. 快火落油起鑊,番茄加少許糖略炒,加水蓋上蓋煮5-8分鐘至番茄軟身,下少許糖、鹽、茄汁調味。加入桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠煮1分鐘。
4. 加入蛋,快速拌勻,即可享用。
