甜紅椒(Red Capsicum)(方粒) 1個
Gruyère芝士(磨絲) 2安士
檸檬汁 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽、黑胡椒粉 各1/8茶匙
番茄(去皮、去核、切粒) 1個
番荽(Parsley)(切茸) 1湯匙
牛油果(Avocado) 4個
乾藍草莓(Dried Blueberries) 3湯匙
Haloumie芝士 150克
Method
1. 將紅甜椒粒放滾水中,慢火煮約1分鐘,盛起。
2. 把紅甜椒、糖、鹽、黑胡椒粉、檸檬汁同放入磨碎機內,磨至滑身取出隔去汁。
3. 以上材料與番茄粒、番茜茸拌勻。
4. 牛油果開半,去核。用羮將番茄餡料放在牛油果中央,上灑芝士絲。
5. 放入已預熱至200oC焗爐,焗約8分鐘,立刻享用。
6. 芝士切件,煎至兩面略金黃,與暖牛油果及乾藍草莓同上
