餅底材料( 6”圓形蛋糕份量):
消化餅 100克 (約6塊)
溶化牛油 50克

餡料:
忌廉芝士 100g
朱古力 50g
淡忌廉(打起) 100g
砂糖 40g
淡忌廉 40g
魚膠粉 4g
Method
1.將已溶化牛油與壓碎了的消化餅碎混合,平均壓入 6吋模內,放入雪櫃備用
2.朱古力和40克淡忌廉煮溶,攪拌成朱古力糊
3.朱古力糊加入魚膠水,拌勻,備用
4.忌廉芝士加入糖,打勻,備用
5.打起100g淡忌廉,備用
6.將做法3,4及5混合,拌勻
7.倒入餅模中雪至硬身,約兩小時,即成
8.在蛋糕表面灑上朱古力粉裝飾,完成
