有一日我係屋企百無聊賴諗住整下野食就整左呢個餸,整左出黎效果幾好嫁,有D似人地日式便當盒入面的餸甘好得意,而且食落去的感覺都好日式,有少少奶味又有少少吞拿魚味>.<\/
最好的係其實成個餸好平,加埋十蚊都唔洗,而且炒一炒就可以上碟,就算十指不沾陽春水的人都一定攪得掟!!!

Ingredient and Portion
蛋 4隻
吞拿魚罐頭 1罐
Seasoning
鹽 少許
奶 少許
芝麻粒 少許
美乃滋 少許
Method
1. 首先將罐頭把開,取出吞拿魚 (要格開罐頭入面D油喔~) 。
2. 用隻叉仔壓到碎D吞拿魚,直到變成肉鬆狀 (唔明的可以睇下下面的圖) 。
3. 打蛋。
4. 打好之後加少許鹽、少許奶,攪拌後再加入已壓碎的吞拿魚 。
5. 大火將平底鑊燒紅後落油。 (燒紅隻鑊先好落油就唔會痴底啦^^\/)
6. 再將火效到最細,落蛋 。
7. 將蛋炒至乾身,上碟,加D美乃滋係碟旁,完成~~~
Tips
1. 吞拿魚買油浸的,炒出黎口感會滑D 。
2. 落蛋時記得將D火效到有咁細得咁細,慢慢炒,唔係的話D蛋一下就老了....
3. 我自己煮會灑D芝麻粒伴碟,同味道無關不過望上去會靚D,嘿嘿^^
