冰皮:
預拌粉 50g
水 50ml
固体菜油 5g
奶皇餡 100g

(4个份量)
Method
1. 先把預拌粉加水打至有彈性,再拌入菜油雪30分鐘
2. 取出,搓至光滑和更有彈性
3. 分4份,每份25g,每份冰皮滴入一滴香精油搓匀
4. 再將每份皮包入25g奶皇餡
5. 印模即成
6. 再雪1小時先食
