與其買出面既果醬,倒不如自己買新鮮生果整一樽自己喜愛的味道的手工果醬吧!
Ingredient and Portion
士多啤梨 500g(大概20-25顆,視乎大小)
幼砂糖 100g
檸檬 半個
Method
1.先把士多啤梨洗淨抹乾,切小粒備用
2.把幼砂糖加入士多啤梨粒中拌勻,用保鮮紙蓋好,放進雪櫃冷藏一晚(作用是把士多啤利的糖份迫出來)
3.檸檬渣汁,去肉去核備用
4.把前一晚放入雪櫃的士多啤梨取出,應該會看到有水份滲出來
5.準備小煲,開大火,把士多啤梨醬和檸檬汁一併倒入
6.不停的輕輕拌勻,不會理會途中跑出來的泡泡,只要一直拌勻就會慢慢消失,中途可以試味,按自己喜歡的甜度來調較,大概15-17分鐘就可以熄火
7.準備乾淨空瓶,放入果醬即成
Tips
1.除了士多啤梨,還可以選揀其他生果,但糖份就要按本來生所的甜度作出相應加減
2.因為自製是沒有防腐劑的,所以一定要放進雪櫃,可保存1-2個星期
3.士多啤利果醬除了可以塗在麵包上,也可以試試放在雪糕或乳酪上當作Topping用呢
