茄汁沙甸魚3條
蘆筍1/2杯
蛋2隻
紅米飯1碗
白飯1碗
磨菇片1/2杯
木魚碎小許
油2茶匙
鹽1/3茶匙
Method
1. 蕃茄切粒,沙甸魚隔去汁搓碎,蘆筍切粒飛水待用。
2. 蛋發勻,煎成蛋皮再切成絲。
3. 燒熱油,加入紅白米飯炒至散開。
4. 加入磨菇片、蕃茄,已飛水之蘆筍粒及沙甸魚炒勻並加鹽調味。
5. 上碟後在飯上撒上蛋絲及木魚碎即可。
Tips
紅米要預先浸2至4小時才煮才會較軟熟。
