用電飯煲製作的冬菇土魷雞粒蒸飯,比用傳統煲仔更易整啊!
Ingredient and Portion

絲苗米 1.5量杯
雞脾 2隻
冬菇 5至6隻
土魷 1隻
Seasoning
冬菇土魷雞粒調味料:
糖、鹽、麻油、豉油、生粉、紹興酒 各適量

煲仔飯豉油調味料:
生抽、老抽、糖、水、生油 各適量

Method
1. 雞脾去皮起肉切粒,冬菇和土魷浸軟洗淨切粒,然後用冬菇土魷雞粒的調味料調味。
2. 洗米後,先放白米到飯煲,煲至7至8成熟,之後把冬菇土魷雞粒放在飯上面。
3. 煲一鍋水,把飯鍋隔水蒸10至15分鐘。
4. 煲仔飯豉油調味料放在小碗中,放入微波爐「叮」10秒鐘。
5. 食飯時淋上「叮」熱的煲仔飯豉油即成。
Tips
調味時可多放紹興酒,令飯和雞也帶點酒香,如煮給小朋友食就不要放了。
