(一)鹽3/4 茶匙
(二)生抽二茶匙
(三)冬菇水四湯羹
(四)油三湯羹
(五)酒一湯羹
Method
(一)草菇、磨菇出水切幼粒,蕃茄泡滾水去皮去核切幼粒,素叉燒、甘筍切粒。
(二)用油酒起鑊炒切粒材料,加生油,再將飯倒入炒香加冬菇水及鹽,最後加青豆。
