我們點了2個set lunch, 有燙, 頭盤, 主菜, 4百幾蚊一位, 一開始覺得有d貴, 但當見到如童話故事般的麵包車, 蛋糕車, 芝士車, 糖果車, 推食物出來任供選擇時, 頓時覺得4百蚊又物有所值.

湯, 頭盤, 主菜, 我們全都點了兩款不同的, 湯是一熱一涷的, 兩個都好飲, 頭盤是蟹肉沙律和蘑菇鵝肝, 主菜是三文魚和蕃茄春雞, 全部都好好食, 麵包, 蛋糕, 糖果, 選擇很多亦很好食, 裝修很有氣派, 餐具既高貴又精緻, 服務一流, 拍餐車時侍應都等我們拍完照才上食物, 很有耐性.


我們2人吃了9百多元, 吃了3個多小時的午餐, 是一個美食旅程.

有朋友介紹若到澳門一定要到舊葡京的法國餐廳一試。此餐廳在香港中環置地廣場也有一分店,但貴夾唔飽。澳門這一家卻物超所值。Lunch Set只需$350-450一位,是full course lunch,認真超值!晚餐的menu跟lunch差不多,但卻貴一倍價錢。若想吃lunch,必須預早一星期前訂位,因不訂位walk-in是沒有位的。此法國餐廳果然名不虛傳,食物水準一流,麵包超好吃。Main course叫了三文魚及羊扒,份量雖然不大,但味道與presentation近乎完美,色香味俱全。吃完main course,甜品車就更吸引,有多達數十種甜品選擇,樣樣都想試。雪糕是自製的,入口香滑。若喜歡cheese的朋友可在cheese tray選到心頭好。此餐廳待應服務態度一流,對食品有詳細的介紹,令你有賓至如歸的感覺。另餐廳有dress code,不要穿得太隨便啊!

食物當然一流, 但給我最好回憶是service, 麵包車, 甜品車, 芝士車和糖果車, 任我們拍照, 侍應完全沒有覺得我們麻煩, 還主動幫我們拍照, 女友要求從糖果車借糖果來拍照, 一樣無問題. 麵包, 甜品, 芝士, 糖果, 逐一介紹, 很細心又有耐性.

由訂位, 環境, 食物, 服務, 全部都是滿分, $500一個午餐是貴, 但以price/perfermance 角度來看絕對超值.

友人選了蛋糕、紅酒蜜柑和覆盆子雪芭。

這躺摘星之旅有點失望,先是點食物有點不對頭和大堆頭,這非戰之罪,失望的是食物創意和服務水準。我愛星星是因為廚師視所有食品為一整體,由買單的食物至附餐的小前菜、小甜點都一絲一苟力求完美,讓客人進餐的同時感受廚師的技巧和熱誠。除了那兩份有鵝肝、鴨肝的菜不大討好外,其他都不賴,只是一切都太正經八百了,完全沒有一道菜是令人讚嘆的。

餐畢服務生沒有送上petit four(罪加一等)。

Finally, I have the time to write about this meal experience.We had the Black Truffle Dinner at Robuchon A Galera beginning of the year. Finally, I have the time to write about this meal experience.

We had the Black Truffle Dinner at Robuchon A Galera beginning of the year. (yes I know it is a bit late)

Everything was just perfect, the wine, the food, the service. I have to say, Robuchon never let me down.

Can't remember all the name for the dishes, but one dish has to be mention is the black tuffle, foie gras and veal loin in French baguette. The inside of the baguette has been taken out and stuffed with all of the above ingredients. It was so good and we have to ask for second.

Other than the wonderful food in here, I have to mention two things:

Bread Trolley
mashed potato

Try that and you will understand what I mean.

Degustation Menu and A La Carte are pricy, but worth every penny of it.

Or try the set lunch from $288-488. Once you tried this restaurant, you will come back for more.

I prefer this one in Macau then the one in Landmark, Hong Kong. Wine is much reasonable compare to HK.

I have dine at the Robuchon a Galera last summer in 2007 when I was visiting my family in Macau. Since I have been working in the F & B business for the last 12 year. They always ask me question about wine, cheese, cooking and such.

So I took two of my family member to enjoy the cuisine of Chef Joel Robuchon. He have been recently rated as Chef of the Century.

Back to the menu, as a foody myself, plus both of my relative have never really try the real french food before, so we went for the Desgustation Menu for three, this menu have 17 courses all together, plus the cheese cart and candy trolley. Some of them are the Robuchon's signature dishes.

It was a wonderful dining experience, each course was small little bite, good enough to fill up each taste bud, the texture and the color component of each course are well compose.

Service are top notich, each course are explanin in chinese (for my relative) Just like the way the fine dining should be.

We only order two glasses of champagne for dinner, if the sommelier give me more time I might be able to pick out something that I want. I don\'t blame him, that is his job to sell, but if he can put so much effort into his wine list, I am sure he will be appericated that I read through the wine list, or at least part of it.
Grand award from WS is defitnatily are mile stone. And they have made it!

The meal is no dout expensive, however you are dining at the cuisine of Joel Robuchon, one of the best chef in the world, will I go there again? of course, but I think I should bring my girlfriend next time when I fly to Hk and Macau for visit. Otherwise she will be piss off again.
