To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親大人生日，同佢出去酒店食吓中菜先，呢間餐廳我之前食過幾次，同埋飲過茶，覺得無論環境同味道都唔錯，所以想同母親大人慶祝，點知朋友仔話質素差咗好多，因為已Book位，原本唔抱太大希望。有啲菜式真係冇以前咁好味，例如：叉燒以前燶邊半肥瘦，以前入口後好甘香好好食，但而家好似燒得麻麻。但值得一讚嘅係片皮鴨同以前一樣，都係咁好味又唔會太肥。
