To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行左好耐好耐好耐，終於見到間有興趣嘅，本身對佢唔認識，只係見幾多人等，就一齊等下啦，入到去，搵左餐牌，左諗右諗揀唔落手，因為好多野想食，但係得2個人。。。咁岩對面有個男仔搭枱，佢餐牌都冇睇，直接叫左排骨面，好明顯係熟客，我地就跟單啦排骨面，個皮脆到呢！個肉汁多到呢！唔係誇張，本身都諗住係普通小店，點知係高手，姐姐放低面果陣，就提我地快d食，對面位哥哥見到我地哇哇叫，佢ke左一聲笑，之後話我地知，佢係依區嘅排骨王，個面只係個好普通嘅手拉面，但係排骨令佢唔再普通紫菜卷，本身以為係小食，但係原來係冇味，只係加左紫菜嘅響鈴，要配面食豆漿，渣好多，唔夠滑最後再打多次，個排骨面超級好食
