不少香港人都喜歡潮州菜,更令「打冷」一詞成為深入人心的廣東俗語,雖說正宗潮州菜館比比皆是,但這間主打新派潮州菜的「自己人」更令人耳目一新。除了潮汕生醃蟹、潮汕蠔烙、滷水鵝片、福果芋泥等傳統潮州菜外,更提供紅寶石粉果、黑天鵝酥、佛跳牆灌湯餃、避風塘紫薯等創意料理,即使晚市亦可以品嘗到多款點心,茶位收費每位$15,另外亦有各種特色飲品如黃皮手打檸檬茶、鹹話梅泡沫冰美式等,新鮮感十足。滷水拼盤 ($99)拼盤包括滷水鵝、滷水鵝翼、滷水鵝腎、滷水豆腐及滷水蛋,每一款都香濃入味,鵝腎亦滷得軟腍而毫不過韌。沙嗲鵝腸 ($99)潮州菜中鵝腸一般以滷水烹調,配以沙嗲卻是前所未見,鵝腸口感爽彈並充分裹上沙嗲醬,充滿濃郁沙嗲花生香,口味別出新意。潮汕蠔烙 ($89)蠔烙炸得極其鬆脆香口,同時保持乾爽並不過份油膩,蠔仔份量充裕而且鮮美飽滿。沙茶醬爆牛肉 ($129)牛肉肉質軟嫩並裹滿沙茶醬,濃郁稠厚,鹹中帶甜並帶陣陣花生香,底層芥蘭亦保持爽脆翠綠。椒鹽原隻八爪魚 ($99)八爪魚質感爽彈而肉汁豐沛,外脆內軟再加上椒鹽更加香口惹味。鮮荔枝球 ($39)荔枝造型仿真精緻,內餡以芝士加上蝦肉及豬肉製成,外層糯米皮
