隔左好耐冇嚟嘅老掌櫃食飯,除左每次必食北京填鴨高力豆沙之外,今次又試左幾款新菜,唔講太多廢話,直接去相~~~保持水準,百吃不厭。。。唔叫飯又叫個抄手,不過今次個汁唔太夠辣。。。今晚重點菜式,先講口感,成條桂花魚去骨,瑤柱蛋白連埋桂花魚大大啖入口,唔怕有骨,完全放心享受到桂花魚嘅香滑,不論就咁食定送飯都咁好味,食完一啖就停唔到要繼續食落去,嚴重啲講,呢個白龍王絕對有條件成為老掌櫃最好味嘅菜式(無之一)。。。:D今次嚟第一次試呢個「草捆牛骨」,啲牛肉好林,入口即溶,不過覺得醬汁比較多左啲,味道比較濃啲,比較少見嘅菜式,都值得大家一試。。。餸如其名,家常小菜一碟,清清地足料夠火候,送飯實成碟清哂無得剩。。。熱辣辣大件夾抵食極力推薦白龍王。。。
