跟朋友慶祝生日,搵咗呢間喺銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店一樓嘅MASA Satori Charcoal Dining。餐廳裝修高雅,最重要嘅係,主廚Masa San係位壽司界傳奇師傅,所以都非常期待呢一餐。我們點了前菜:雞胸配芝士同南瓜沙律。雞胸肉鮮嫩多汁,配上酸甜的番茄和濃郁的芝士,口感豐富,十分健康,清新開胃! 南瓜沙律也很不錯,最上面嘅炸薯絲超好食!! 重頭戲嘅肉類料理,我哋點咗Masa's style Ox tongue (牛舌) 和羊肉。牛舌嘅外觀獨特,入口即化,口感和味道完全顛覆了我以往的認知! 羊肉完全沒有羊騷味,肉質鮮嫩,配菜都十分用心。鰻魚二食,一次過食晒白燒同蒲燒兩種風味,食到一半仲可以加湯做茶漬飯。最最最特別的是他們提供的六種調味料粉:紫菜粉、胡椒粉、山椒粉、黑七味粉、柚子七味粉和七味粉,裝在精緻嘅小盒裡,成個present都非常吸引,完全感受到主廚Masa San 的用心。菜式嘅精緻度高,份量都相當足夠,朋友都食得好滿意,好適合慶祝特別日子,絕對可以再encore!
