To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日聽人講蘇媽.蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室嘅食物唔錯,今晚剛巧經過,就順便進入開餐啦。餐廳地方夠闊落,裝修得精緻有特色。檳城福建蝦麵(轉米粉),食材有大2隻,夠鮮甜有彈性,另半肥瘦的豬腩肉,魚片及通菜,湯鮮甜濃郁,因米粉好索湯,店員另再加湯給我真貼心。百吉爹肉骨茶(豬腳彎),豬腳彎份量有4件,肉質軟淋有彈性,充滿豐富嘅骨膠原,配搭滋補藥材的當歸、川弓同杞子,連豆卜都索晒肉骨茶的甘香味,飲完成身暖晒,夠滋補養顏。
