平時雞胸、雞腿肉吃得多,雞冠、雞尾、提燈這些稀有部位你又試過嗎?位於尖沙咀的兆鳥主打鳥串燒,提供不同稀有部位,師傅跟日本師傅學師,從餐單至調味均講究保留日本雞原味,務求為客人提供傳統地道風味🇯🇵是次到訪有很多部位我都是第一次試的呢!特別推介大家試雞尾、雞掌肉及雞冠,雞尾味道香甜,雞掌肉頗爽口,而雞冠則是滿滿膠原感,各有特色!提燈我之前在其他居酒屋試過,但這裏的提燈真的是超驚艷!師傅把雞蛋黃、雞肝、雞肉串在一起,做到多層口感及味道✨除了鳥串燒,餐廳亦有多款日式料理,例如柚子味噌豆腐漬、燒日本兵庫縣蠔、燒螢光魷魚、赤雞刺身等等,配上sake認真暢快!除了在各款心機之作的串燒看到餐廳的誠意,他們連甜品也是自家製!微辛口的山薑柚子雪葩及滿滿麥香的黑啤爆谷雪糕為是晚畫上完美的句號🍨😚
