To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午嚟到朗豪坊附近做嘢，午餐就決定去食馬來西亞嘢，上網一睇就就決定食蘇媽，午市餐廳非常多人，環境有馬來西亞風味，送餐會用到送餐機械人，10分方便。馬來西亞拉茶一坐低就一定叫杯拉茶，由紅茶和煉乳製成，通過高低倒入杯中來製造泡沫，味道香濃。魚蛋魚湯米線湯底用魚骨熬製，清淡而鮮美，魚蛋同魚片口感爽口彈牙，米線幼滑。椰香咖央多士多士烘到外脆內軟，食落香脆可口，味道香甜，帶有濃郁的椰子香氣。魚仔醬蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕煎到香脆，入面軟林，加上魚仔醬香口惹味。
