To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對渡船街老趙的認識始於廿多年前.當時筆者有個姨公住在文乜樓,每次探他,他總會帶我們去吃越南嘢,每次都會去老趙...隔離嗰間鋪仔.眼看老趙越做越大,自己幫襯開嗰間就做做下摺埋,心中總會想到它是被老趙頂死!敵愾同仇的思想下,老趙在不知情間被鄙人杯葛了一段日子.姨公早已移民去了澳洲,還愛吃越南粉的話,應該會到勇記.老趙的座位總是很擠迫,尤其是張枱,二人幫襯,叫一個二人餐的話,枱面已經難以放下所有食物.座位當然也不會很舒適,枱於枱之間有時只有一隻手掌大小的空隙,冒求令你快啲食完快啲走.服務員也總是匆匆忙忙的,點餐上菜效率非常之高,由入座到吃畢整頓飯,大慨只用了半小時.食物方面,不能不說一句,味精真係很重手.吃完這頓飯以後,整晚都口渴.難道是那窩咖喱牛腩?還是那兩條蔗蝦?到最後,筆者相信,所有食物都有下味精.蔗蝦蝦膠算彈牙.咖喱牛腩無甚特別,茶餐廳水平.招牌飯的馳名蟹肉蛋餅沒有蟹味.該惹味的食物,老趙一定將它們弄得非常惹味.只是惹味過後,要換來整晚口渴的代價.是晚兩人埋單HKD220,無下次了.

枱面真的很細,用黃色碗很聰明,不然咖喱跡會很礙眼
