To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過啦！一直對聚來嘅車仔麵同西多士念念不忘，最近終於有時間去食！三餸車仔麵套餐 $47呢排好鍾意食豬手，所以逢親食車仔麵都要叫返個豬手嚟食下。呢到嘅豬手炆得幾入味，食落骨膠原滿滿。另外蘿蔔都係食車仔麵時必定要叫嘅餸，蘿蔔非常清甜，食得好滿足！淨冬菇 $30朋友好鍾意食冬菇，所以我地叫咗個淨冬菇嚟試試。冬菇份量都多，食落好有香氣，口感爽滑。芝士粟米煎餃 $42超鍾意食餃子嘅我係絕對唔會放過任何一個食餃子嘅機會！呢到嘅芝士粟米餃真係好特別好好味。今次食嘅時候感覺比以前洋蔥味重咗。爆漿阿華田西多士 $40隔咗一排冇嚟食，今次食依然保持到水準！阿華田粉+榛子醬+花奶真係最佳配搭！建議大家真係一定要試！
