江南鎮江排骨菜飯($55)配清湯小籠包($29)鎮江骨調味不錯,酸甜味恰到好處。菜飯唔濕夠乾爽。一籠四件。小籠包質素很好,皮薄兼有彈性,唔易夾穿,咬開有少量湯汁,肉餡飽滿。滷香肥腸刀削麵($55)配江南春卷($10)肥腸有彈性,夠𡁻頭但唔韌,滷水味偏淡,無豬臭味。刀削麵759貨式,味道普遍。另外有試少炸粟米及炸薄脆。一條長春卷一開二,二條。春卷香脆,餡料全素,口感清爽。冰凍桂花烏梅茶,酸微微,入口好舒服,又十分開胃。蘿蔔絲酥($40)一客三件。好食,好耐無食過咁高質嘅蘿蔔絲酥餅。超鬆化,唔油膩,蘿蔔絲軟身微甜,餅底黐滿芝麻,增加脆口,提升口感。推薦。午市無加一服務費。只收現金。PS:老闆娘同熟客傾偈,強調唔係上海菜,係江南菜。
